TO INSTALL ESMARTPAYROLL FSET E-FILE SOFTWARE


In order to install eSmartPayroll's California FSET E-file, you
will need to have or install the .NET 2.0 Framework and Visual
J# Redistributable Package.

If you do not have .NET Framework 2.0 installed, you can acquire
it here:

FROM ZIP
1. Unzip/extract the .msi file using an unzipping program
2. Click the eSmartFSETSetup.msi file to start the installation
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software

HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE


Once you have installed the FSET E-File Software, you can start
to send test files using the demo version right away. However,
you need to have a license key from our company, eSmartPayroll, to
use the production version of the software. You can purchase
the license key by following the link in the software under SetUp.

Use "File", "Open" from the top menu bar to open your data
file in either MMREF or ICESA format, the software will review
the data, display the summary and detail information of the file.
You can then choose to efile the data to the EDD directly through
the Internet.  You will receive a receipt confirmation from the
EDD, but the acknowledgement may have to be retrieved a few hours
later.
